Staging Assistant
Surette & Co. Interiors is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Staging Assistant to help create beautifully presented homes throughout the Greater Boston area.
This is a hands-on, creative position for someone who enjoys interior design, appreciates organization, and likes seeing a space come together.
What you'll do:
- Assist with staging installations and removals.
- Style shelves, coffee tables, beds, and accessories.
- Unpack, organize, and prepare décor for installation.
- Help hang artwork, place rugs, steam linens, and add the finishing touches that make a home feel complete.
- Pack and organize inventory after projects.
- Keep the warehouse organized and ready for upcoming projects.
- Occasionally assist with inventory preparation between staging days.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has an eye for detail and enjoys creating beautiful spaces.
- Is dependable, organized, and works well as part of a team.
- Is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day and handling décor, artwork, and smaller furniture pieces.
- Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn.
- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Has a flexible schedule. Our workload varies from week to week, so we're looking for someone who can adapt as projects come up. Some weeks may be busier than others.
Our professional movers handle the heavy furniture, so this role is focused on styling, organization, and helping every home look its absolute best. Every project is different, offering the opportunity to work in a wide variety of homes throughout Greater Boston.
